1. Who We Are and Contact Details

Rage Remedies is an amusement centre located at Unit D, Brooklands House, Brooklands Approach, Romford, RM1 1DX. We specialise in controlled destruction and throwing sports, including three rage rooms, three axe and knife throwing lanes and a combat room. 2. Booking and Payment Rules

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our website. We use secure UK-appropriate payment processors to ensure your data is safe. Your booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment and issued a confirmation email. Prices include all applicable taxes. We do not offer refunds. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with eachother.

3. Age Limits and Identification

Participants must be 10 years or older to participate in Rage Room and Throwing activities solo. We reserve the right to request valid photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) to verify age. All participants will be required to sign a waiver form before use of the rage rooms, axe and knife throwing lanes and combat room.

4. Arrival Times and Lateness

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session to complete safety briefings. Lateness impacts your session time. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to fit the original timeframe without any refund. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be cancelled entirely, and you will not be entitled to a refund or reschedule.

5. Clothing and PPE

Safety is our top priority. To use our rage rooms, axe and knife throwing lanes or combat room you must wear closed-toe shoes; sandals or flip-flops are strictly forbidden. We provide mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), including overalls, face shields, and gloves for certain activities. This gear must be worn at all times within the activity zones. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.

6. Alcohol, Drugs, and Behaviour

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drugs. Any participant suspected of being under the influence will be denied entry and their session cancelled without refund. Aggressive or abusive behaviour toward our staff or other customers will result in immediate eviction from the premises.

7. Health Conditions and Participation

Destruction activities and weapon throwing are physically demanding. If you have pre-existing health conditions, including but not limited to heart problems, joint issues, or pregnancy, please consult a doctor before booking. By participating, you confirm you are physically fit to do so. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses a risk to your health.

8. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Participating in rage rooms, axe/knife throwing, and combat activities involves inherent risks of injury. By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks. Rage Remedies and its staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where such injury is caused by our proven negligence. All participants must sign a liability waiver before starting.

9. Damage to Property

While you are encouraged to destroy the items provided in the Rage Room, any damage caused to our facility, equipment (such as axe throwing targets or safety partitions), or tools through intentional misuse or negligence will be charged to the participant responsible.

10. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

We offer a firm refund policy. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or a one-time reschedule. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours notice may only be rescheduled. We do not offer refunds or reschedules for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or for 'no-shows'.

11. Photography and Social Media

We encourage you to capture your experience! However, by entering our premises, you consent to Rage Remedies capturing images or video of your participation for use on our social media platforms and website. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.

12. Personal Belongings

Rage Remedies does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises. We suggest leaving valuables at home or locked in your vehicle.

13. Data Protection and CCTV

We handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Information collected during booking is used solely for managing your session. Our premises are monitored by 24/7 CCTV for the safety of our guests and staff and to assist in any incident investigations.

14. Changes to These Terms

Rage Remedies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all future bookings. Please check this page regularly for the latest version.
